By bringing forth, understanding and human qualities such as love, respect, and compassion just to name a few. When we become aware of our spiritual hearts growth, it always seeks to expand, thus resulting in calmness of the ocean in our hearts. And only the calm waters will reflect the stars, therefore when we become spiritual and more content, this will reflect our true nature with all its good morals.
We can all agree that, when we act upon the goodness of our hearts through compassion to life and all beings in it, this makes us feel good. And I have never met anyone who doesn't want to feel good. Also being loving and compassionate is free. It is your free will.
Muscular side which some might say is the king within each heart, seeks to understand, and feminine side which some might say is the queen of heart, seeks to love and nurture, and you are the child who seeks wisdom. All learning is learning - by - following; learn gently and carefully so you can see clearly, so you can see your own reflection - pure. Seeking spiritual light, just like the field of sunflowers seeking the sunlight. Know the spiritual world within your heart. As the spiritual child expands and grows, he or she will love and understand, also will learn and then forget learning. "Let go and trust" as wisdom of love flows effortlessly through your heart.
There are many spiritual guidance, spiritual teaching on the menu of life. We must respect all human beings and their beliefs, if a person starts judging others will also learn to judge themselves. All the people of earth are born pure, and sometimes some people think their old, it's not a matter of growing old, it's getting old if you don't grow, and the spiritual child is always young, because when we compare time here on earth to eternity to endlessness, then the spiritually wise will know - we never grow old - we simply grow wise.
